L (+) Lactic Acid Production

LactoSpore® produces predominantly the L (+) form of lactic acid, which is the preferred form, in comparison to the D (-) form of lactic acid which may lead to acidosis in the body. The lactic producing capacity including optical rotation and the quantitative estimation of L (+) lactic acid production using a validated kit, has been established at our laboratory.

LactoSpore®: Phenotyping Studies

The purity, isolation, morphological, physiological, biochemical and antimicrobial sensitivity studies have been carried out at an external recognized research laboratory.
